Store Policies


Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept PayPal and All Credit Cards through the webstore, or we can take credit card payments over the phone.  You can contact us through our email address info @wyomingsaddlery.com   


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the item's availability, shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time on average.  If tack needs to be built, it may be 2-4 weeks.  On saddles, it can be 4-8 weeks.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Cancellation Policy

Saddle orders cannot be cancelled or changed once construction has started.  In-stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.All custom orders with your brand, initials and custom specifications is non-returnable.

 


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We take pride in our Customer Service and will help you in any way we can if there is a problem but  We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier


Manufacturers Defects. " All Saddles are Warrantied for defects in material and Workmanship for 1 Year." Trees carry a 5 year or lifetime depending on the type of tree.If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.  Warranty DOES NOT cover Shipping and Handling.


 If an item is to be returned to us, due to manufacturers defect, You must email us at Info@wyomingsaddley.com or contact us by phone 479-670-2144 before you can,receive a Return Authorization   Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. 


Return Merchandise Policy.    Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from us by emailing info@wyomingsaddlert.com. Any items returned without permission via email will not receive a exchange . If the error is due to our mistake we will pay for shipping and replace your order with the correct product.

Return/Exchange  policy varies depending on the product.Only non-custom items can be exchanged for a store credit. We reserve the right to charge a 30% re-stocking fee on all exchanges and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All unused items eligible for exchange must be returned within two weeks .
Some products are nonreturnable, including  all clearance items and in stock saddles   
If tack, saddle pads or other products have been used, they are not returnable.  
   

You must email the exchange request to info@wyomingsaddlery.com  (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization  with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

Special note:  on all items...the items must be in new condition and clean to receive an exchange.  


 


 


Return Policy on Tack 
If there is a problem, such as we sent the wrong product or there is a proven defect in the product, then we will send you a return label for shipment otherwise all tack must be in Brand New Condition and you will be responsible for shipment. Once we receive the product we will refund or replace your item. Once again our heart is our customers and we strife for excellent customer service.






SADDLE ORDERS

We advise you to do the saddle tree fitting, we custom fit your saddle according to your current pictures we cannot anticipate your equine’s health, weight or condition in the future, to ensure you get the best fit for your horse or mule. Any material defects or saddle fit issues on saddles affecting function or durability must be reported within 7 days of your receipt of your saddle in order to Repair or replace your saddle is at Wyoming Saddlery’s discretion.

Wood Trees are guaranteed against breakage for 5 years.

Custom built saddles require payment in full at the time of ordering. If you have paid a saddle tree deposit that will be applied towards your saddle, but the tree must be received by Wyoming Saddlery before the saddle will be shipped and/or your deposit may be recharged to your card, depending on style and tree availability, custom saddles may require four or more weeks to build. You will be notified of the approximate build time for your saddle when your place your order and will be sent the tracking number at the time of shipment.

All online saddle orders that have not consulted first about size and fit are non refundable. 

 

 We can not guarantee a saddle fit if you use a rubber bottom pad or a pad with rubber inserts because in our experience rubber pads will pull the hair out and can cause raw spots.

Leather

Leather is a natural material which means it comes from a bovine ( cow, bull, etc.). Cattle get scratches, scrapes, cuts, brands, during their lives. All of these unique features can possible show up in completed leather goods and may not be visible in a tanned, dyed hide until it goes through the entire process of becoming a saddle. We avoid using leather if it has obvious marks, but some marks will not show up until the item is completed. There are manysteps in saddle making and all of our Wyoming Saddlery saddles and leather tack are hand made in the USA. Small imperfections are to be expected with handmade wood saddle trees and handcrafted leather saddles and tack. One of the many steps in building your saddle requires wetting the leather to allow it to be formed and this can occasionally cause some wrinkling in the leather and will dry at different stages causing the leather to pull.

Our team of saddle makers do everything possible to prevent the types of things mentioned above and are not things we can control and we will not allow returns or do refunds for small marks, wrinkles that are in character with the hide and do not affect the durability of function of your saddle.  Any handmade saddle, no matter who makes them will have these issues.

Leather Color

Leather is very unique and we take proud in doing our very best to match our colors samples, but due to the tanning process there can be a little color difference in your finished product.
